Abstract
Fish feed is the most important component in supporting the growth and survival of fish, but in terms of the cost of feed is the highest factor of its expenditure. In addition to the cost of feed, needs nutrients from fish must be observed. fish bone flour can be an alternative raw material for the manufacture of feed fish as it contains high protein i.e. 60.9%. Lemna minor flour can be used as a natural blend of nutrients to support the fish feed with protein content 10-43% dry weight. The purpose of this research is to know the protein content and quality of the physical (sensory tests) feed of fish flour is fish bone flour with the addition of "duckweed" (Lemna minor) flour. the method of this research is a complete Random Design (RAL) and two factors. The first factor, namely the concentration of fish bone flour (30 g, 40 g, and 50 gs) and the second factor is the concentration of flour "duckweed" (20 g and 25 g) with 2 times repeats. The results showed the highest protein content of the flour of fish feed bone with the addition of flour "duckweed" (Lemna minor) is the treatment T2L2 (fish bone 40 gs of flour and flour Lemna minor 25 gs) of 26,4100% while the protein content lowest is T3L1 treatment (50 gs and fish bone all-purpose flour Lemna minor 20 gs) of 19, 1731%). The results of the sensory quality is best treatment T2L2 (40 fish bone all-purpose flour gs and Lemna minor 25 gs).
