Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of civil disputes settlement with mediation path by Karanganyar District Court, to know the difference of civil disputes settlement with mediation path in Karanganyar District Court based on Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2016 with Supreme Court Regulation No. 1 of 2008. The approach method Writers wear is an empirical juridical approach. The type of research used by the authors in this study is to use descriptive research type. Research location in Karanganyar District Court. Based on the results of research and analysis that has been done can be concluded that the settlement of civil disputes by mediation conducted by the District Court Karanganyar has been in accordance as set in the Supreme Court Regulation Number 1 Year 2016 About Mediation Procedures In the Court. The suitability will be directly beneficial to the Karanganyar District Court, especially the litigants in the Karanganyar District Court.
