Abstract

PT. XYZ is the manufacturing company producing motorcycles tires and tube. PT. XYZ has a company called cooperatives employees or usual abbreviated “kopkar PT. XYZ”. As time flies, some employees kopkar realize the lack of effective business in cooperative. The lengthy and the use of system is still done in some activity conventionally make some things that led to the quality of cooperative ongoing. It is required a technology that could improve the value of business. Odoo is open source application business furnished with complete features. Odoo is effective application to be as an effort to exact solve the problems business. There are hundreds of integrated module that can fulfill need business firm the most complex though. The implementation of information system in the kopkar of PT. XYZ use application Odoo can be produced some ease previos before system. Modules joined in the creation of a information system kopkar of PT. XYZ is finance and accounting module, purchase, Warehouse, sales, point of sales, human resource and development, mobile android, SMS gateway, multi company, payroll and website and e-commerce. The activity of the Warehouse is more supported in running the work program. Employees in the Warehouse devition have the authority to access and manage products easily and quickly. Odoo Application is very helpful for management an inventory of goods comprehensively and customable to help an inventory of goods management in fulfilling business needs of kopkar of PT. XYZ.
