Abstract

Advancement of Information Technology is rapidly increasing now in use in various fields. One of them is the school library. The school library is a place to store information and reference source for students to improve general knowledge. In the activities that take place in the library and collection services often still use manual book so frequent service slow and less accurate to collect data book. To resolve problems that occur will require computerized library information system so that the services provided can be more effective, fast and accurate. The purpose of the computerized system made it is expected that the transaction data management such as borrowing and input the new book data can be better. The system is made by using Quick Response Code (QRCODE) as the main component in which QRCode that contain a primary key as an information resource books and the web camera as data readers where QRCode affixed to a collection of books as well as a Personal Computer (PC) that is used to run the system already built. This system is built using PHP programming language with bootstrap framework and MySQL as database, third party plugin such as webcodecamjs, datatable, datepicker and qrcodegen as well as camera as a tool to interact between QRCODE with application. This library information system design using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The results of the test using blackbox method is done to this system in accordance with the purpose of the program created, which is to assist librarians in transactions, book collection data and make a report.
