Abstract

Credit cooperative is one type of cooperative the main activity is providing storage service and loan of found to member credit cooperativeto purpose of advancing the welfare of member. The side of credit cooperative are the owner and member. The method of the study is normative with the descriptive study because it will divide thoroughly and systematic about responsibility credi coopertion. Data source is focus in literature research aim to find the secondary data with primary legal materials. The result of this study show that the process of credit agreement could underwent if the term and condition has been fulfilled according civil law. After the agreement appear rightful authority and obigation. Legal responbility arises because of mistake by the either side. These errors can based of break the law and situation force.
