Abstract
This research was conducted in sub watershed of Samin. This Study aims to determine the pattern of rain distribution, determine the average annual peak discharge and analyze the effect of land use on peak discharge in sub watershed of Samin. The research method used is the method of secondary data analysis and observation. Secondary data obtained from Government Institutions in the form of rainfall data, land type map, and land use map. Data analysis used is hydrological analysis, discharge planning analysis, and spatial analysis. The results showed that sub watershed of Samin has the highest rainfall area that is 134mm and lowest 69mm. The appropriate distribution pattern used is the distribution of gumbel with maximum rainfall of 2th: 97.98mm, 5th: 117.50mm, 25th: 146.74mm, 100th: 170.87mm, with rain intensity return period 2th: 16.97mm/hour, 5th: 20.36mm/hour, 25th: 25.43mm/hour, 100th: 29.61mm/hour. From result of debit analysis of coefficient of plan value (C) year 2006 is equal to 50.56 and year 2014 equal to 52.4. Coefficient run off indicate an increase in dicharge from 2006 to 2014. The result of spatial analysis indicates that there is a change of land 491 ha, the use of land affecting the increase of peak discharge is the increase of settlement and the decrease of forest causing the sub watershed of Samin has increased the debit.
