Abstract

This reaserch has purpose to describe all about Management of Extracurricular Activities in SDIT MTA Gemolong Based Fullday School. This reaserch is a qualitative research wich use phenomenology . The accumulation data techniques data uses interviews, observations and documentation. Test validity of data using Source Triangulation. Test validity of data using Source Triangulation. Analytical techniques used include steps: data reduction, data presentation and conclusion / verification. The result of this research shows that: 1) 1) The background of holding extracurricular activities at SDIT MTA Gemolong is to channel the talents and interests of students in order to develop in accordance with their wishes, but it is used to fill the time so as not to saturate, and used as a program of school excellence, 2) The planning of extracurricular activities at SDIT MTA Gemolong is done every before the new school year by holding meetings involving principals, all teachers, and extracurricular trainers, the meeting discusses related extracurricular activities for the next year, 3) The implementation of extracurricular activities of students are required to follow the compulsory extracurricular. As for the choice of students are free to choose an extracurricular activities offered by the school in accordance with what they control and they are interested, namely: computer, painting, English Club, Arabic Club, murotal, KIAS (Creative Scientific Children of Islam), Science Club , Mathematic Club, Islamic theater, music art, badminton, futsal, taekwondo, tapak suci, 4) Evaluation of extracurricular activities at SDIT MTA Gemolong conducted at the end of each semester by holding meetings involving principals, all teachers, and extracurricular trainers, the meeting discussed all the lack of optimism in extracurricular activities will be sought solutions to solve the problems faced, 5) Obstacles in the implementation of extracurricular activities such as students want to move other extracurricular activities, the absence of field, and lack of scout leader.
