Abstract

Jobs at PLN a very dangerous work. Workers at PLN require knowledge K3 enough especially in the PPE, in order that accidents do not occur. In a work accident does not happen then the target of the company can be reached which means increased productivity. This research aims to know the relationship between the level of knowledge about PPE with the productivity of the field Services Division team action techniques PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kartasura in Central Java and DIY Distribution Area. This research is observational research with cross sectional design. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique with a number of respondents as many as 25 people. Statistical tests using Fisher's Exact test. So it can be inferred the existence of a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of the personal protective equipment to productivity of field Services Division team distraction techniques PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Kartasura in Central Java and DIY Distribution Area of Surakarta (p = 0,041 < 0.05).
