Abstract

Juz 'amma is a collection of letters to the 30th juz of the Holy Qur'an in which it consists of 37 letters beginning with An-Naba' letter and ending with the letter of An-Naas. The feature of the reading on juz 'amma is the relatively small number of verses so it is commonly used as a recitation of the prayer after reading the letter of Al-Fatihah. Therefore, memorizing juz 'amma needs to be taught since childhood so that later children have a basis in worship. One of them is with a digital learning media as a tool in memorizing juz 'amma. The purpose of this research is to design and create juz 'amma educational application for children with methods of repeating the material read and heard as well as through multiple choice games, puzzles and dial paragraph.Making this application using the main software Construct 2, and software support Corel Draw X7 and Audacity.Based on the results of testing black box with the results of the system running well. While the results of the questionnaire test on the student with the percentage of 83% and 81% of results obtained in teachers who declared memorizing application juz 'amma digital can help in memorizing juz' amma for students and approved for use in SDIT Al-Kautsar, Gumpang, Kartasura, Sukoharjo .
