Abstract

KJKS has a role as agent of asset distribution in the economic empowerment of society. However, with the findings of phenomenon of loan-shark merchants whose targets are small traders in Sragen region who provide loans with high interest, KJKS has not been able to give a positive impact for strengthening of the economic movement of society, especially in the form of financing in Sragen region. This research uses empirical approach by conducting research directly in the field. In this study, the autor takes the location in KJKS BMT Insan Mandiri Sragen. This research is a descriptive research type with data analysis technique using deductive logic. This study aims to explain the financing strategis that should be provided by KJKS BMT Insan Mandiri to small traders and Small and Medium Enterprises and to describe the role of KJKS BMT Insan Mandiri in overcoming the phenomenon of loan-sharks merchants in Sragen.
