Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the handling of deaf children speech in the development of fine motor through the activity of drawing group B SLB-B YRTRW Gumunggung Surakarta academic year 2016/2017. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative using case study research on deaf children in kindergarten in SLB-B Gumunggung Surakarta. The subjects of the study were one child in the SLB-B YRTRW Kindergarten who experienced a disorder of fine motor development that is Raka. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that Raka had difficulties in writing when given class assignments, was unable to complete the tasks of the teacher, difficulty in holding the pencil, avoiding activities associated with fine motor and tired easily while doing the task. This is what shows that Raka shows the disruption of fine motor development, after receiving treatment with drawing activity, Raka has been able to complete the task well, able to write well, confident in executing the task of the teacher and also been able to complete the drawing activities well without help Researchers.
