Abstract
Liquid organic fertilizer is a solution of decomposition organic matter or living matter processed by decomposition process of decomposing bacteria. Waste of tea contains elements of nitrogen, zinc, calcium, protein and crude fat. Jackfruit seed waste contains a protein of 4.2 g / 100g, calcium, phosphorus and iron. Waste of tea waste and jackfruit seed waste can be made into liquid organic fertilizer. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organic fertilizer application of liquid waste tea waste and jackfruit seed waste on the growth of mustard plant spoon. This study used an experimental method with Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with two factors. The first factor was the dose of liquid organic fertilizer (D 1 = 7ml, D 2 = 10ml, D 3 = 13ml), second factor of fertilization interval (W 1 = 3hari, W 2 = 5hari) with two replications. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA. The best height spoon mustard is the D 2 treatment with a mean height 5.85 cm, the best wet weight on the D 1 W 1 treatment with an average wet weight 8.41g. There is an effect of dose interaction and fertilization interval on the growth of spoon mustard plant. W 1
