Abstract

This research aims to: 1) describe the implementation of a dynamic class management in Java language class V in SD Muhammadiyah Surakarta Mangkuyudan 11; 2) describe the factors restricting and fator supporters in the implementation of the management of the dynamic class in subjects Java language class V in SD Muhammadiyah Surakarta Mangkuyudan 11; 3) describe the results of the implementation of the management of the dynamic class in Java language class V in SD Muhammadiyah Surakarta Mangkuyudan 11. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive design. The informant of the research is the principal, teachers and students. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of this research data using triangulation techniques and sources. The results of the research; 1) Before learning the teacher do the seating arrangements of students, teachers taught classes with a State of calm and discipline, at the time of learning of the teachers carry out group discussion, streamline the Board, develop the ability to ask students. 2) Factor inhibitor: teacher not experts, students in the class, less school facilities and infrastructure, and the family that uses the Java language instead, factor endowments: discipline teachers and establish good relationships with students, Peer tutors, antusisme, and discipline of students, school facilities and infrastructure are available. 3) results of the dynamic class management implementation in Java language learning students enthusiastically followed the learning, students apply the upload-ungguh or manners in daily life, teachers are more easily menerapakan approach and set of strategies, because a good relationship with the students.
