Abstract

This research entitled "Analysis of Factors – Factors That Affect The Level of Investment Between Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province 2014 – 2015”. This study aims to analyze and know how much influence Inflation, Interest Rates and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) to Investment between Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province 2014 - 2015. The analysis tool using panel data regression. The Data Panel is a cross-section of places covering 35 Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province and time series for two years - 70 observations. The results show that Random Effect Method (REM) is the best panel data regression model. Based on the analysis results found that Inflation has no significant effect on Investment. That Interest Rate has no significant effect on Investment. While GRDP have positive and significant effect to Investment. Therefore, the government is expected to increase GRDP in every region with the aim to increase the investment of Regencies / Cities in Central Java Province itself.
