Abstract

In general, the purpose of economic development is to increase economic growth, improve inventory and equity of basic needs, improve people's lives and maintaining price stability. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors influencing the inflation of regency / city in central java. The variables used are: Inflation, Interest Rate, Minimum Regional Wage (UMR) and Unemployment. The data used in this study is the combination of panel data time series data of the year 2014-2015 and the cross section districts / cities in Central Java province by using ordinary least squares (OLS). These results indicate that the variable Minimum Wage (UMR) a significant negative effect on Inflation. Variable Interest Rate and Unemployment insignificant and has no effect on inflation.
