Abstract
This research entitled "The Effect of Local Original Income (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) Against Economic Growth (GRDP) in Surakarta Eks-Residency Year 2011-2015". This study aims to analyze and know how big the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK to GRDP in Surakarta Residency in 2011- 2015. The analysis tool uses panel data regression. The Data Panel is a composite of crosssections covering seven districts and cities in the Surakarta Residency and time series for five years - 35 observations. The results show that Pooled Least Square (PLS) is the best panel data regression model. Based on the results of the analysis found that PAD has a positive and significant impact on GRDP. While DAU has positive and significant effect to PDRB. While DAK has negative and significant effect to PDRB. For that the government is expected to increase revenue in each region in order to increase the GRDP in Surakarta Residency itself.
