Abstract

Batik is a work of art of Indonesian culture that admired the world and should be preserved and cultivated maximally with proper development. Quality produced by Batik ndustrial is one of the main factors that industry can succeed in the competition. The good products of course required good eration in each process ranging from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products. The number of parties involved in the process or supply chain leads to risks, therefore it is necessary to identify risks and design a strategy for handling for existing risks in Batik Industry. The House Of Risk method is a method that focuses on measuring the impact of risk and the probability level of the cause of risk. This method is considered more effective because one cause of risk can bring up more than one type of risk. This method consists of two stages namely the risk identification stage and the cause of the risk or called Phase House Of Risk 1 and risk handling phase or Phase House Of Risk 2. In the phase of House Of Risk 1 shows that the Batik Industrial involved there are 26 types of risks and 30 types of causes Existing risks. Through the calculation of ARP values and pareto diagram obtained results there are 14 causes of the dominant risk in Batik Industrial. Phase House Of Risk 2 obtained the results of 13 risk management ategies for 14 causes of dominant risk Key Words: House Of Risk , Batik, Identify Risk, Handling Risk
