Abstract

The aim of the papers are to analyze regional regulation of Intellectual Property Right Act in Karanganyar Regency government efforts to promote the protection policy of Intellectual Property Right Implementation and the model of property Right that elaborated as solution for HaKI products protection. The approach of the research is yuridicial hormative. Yudicial normative is applied using the main legal material based on theoretical concept, principle of law, and constitution act. This study uses primary data from stakeholder’s information of Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan and Koperasi and Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Karanganyar Regency and also the respondents Information who have contribution in Industri. Secondary data of this research is collected from regional government policy in Karanganyar regency, RPJMD 2013-2032, and regional regulation about organization and working procedures of institution in Karanganyar Regency. The results of this study show that protection on HaKI product properly implemented in wooden craft and cultural art of dance. Karanganyar regency governments should take a more pro-active role in making Batik Girilayu and Wortel Tawangmangu get Intellectual property protection appropriately. The society who making Batik Girilayu and Wortel Tawangmangu have to be assisted in order to get easy enlistment
