Abstract

Seeds lamtoro and millet sedds have the main content of carbbohydrates, proctein, fat, dan high water content that can be used as a medium to grow oyster mushroom and mushrooms. This study aims to determine the growth of misellium F1 seed oyster mushrooms and mushrooms which grow on the media lamtoro and media millet. The method used in this study was an experimental method completely randomized design (CRD) factorial design consisting two factors. The first factor was the type of media used in the from of media lamtoro (M1) and millet (M2) and the second factor was the type of seed F0 sweet potato that is used in the from of seeds F0 tiram mushrooms (J1) and seed F0 mushroom (J2). The parameters measured were the length of mycellium, spreading, and thickness. Analysis of data used qualitative descriptive. The results showed the fastest growth occurred in media misellium millet with misellium 8 cm log, thickness grow thik, density thickness and the longest growth occured in media misellium lamtroro kernels with a length of 1 cm, thickness grow thin, and density grows.
