Abstract

This research analyzes on wages, incentives and allowances have influence or not on employee productivity. Studies conducted in PDAM Solo. Samples are drawn in the study as many as 40 respondents working in PDAM Solo. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability. Based on the analysis found it was explained that good wages, incentives and allowances have a significant positive effect on the productivity of employees with proof probablitasnya value of 0.006, 0.009, and 0.014 have a lower value than 0.05. While the F test simultaneously pda wages, incentives and allowances have a significant impact on employee productivity evidenced by 0.000 probability value smaller than 0.05. The coefficient determinant capable explained wages, incentives and allowances amounted to 73.1% and the remaining 26.9% masi dipengaruh by other variables.
