This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Ministry of Finance in the form of local government financial statements of 2012-2014, prepared under the PP. 24 of 2004 on Governmental Accounting Standards. The results of this study indicate that the ratio of regional independence and efficiency ratio affect the allocation of capital expenditure, while the ratio of effectiveness and the ratio of regional dependence does not affect the allocation of capital expenditure.
