Abstract

Research in House of Batik Saud Effendy Laweyan Surakarta conducted to determine energi consumption in batik cap production process, energi productivity, and energi saving potential. Energi audit is done by calculating energi consumption with rupiah unit, then analyzing cost graph of energi consumption. The energi productivity by the Marvin E. Mundel method is done by calculating the deflator based on the price index of the study period and the base period, calculating the constant price, Resource Input Partial (RIP), the output aggregate, calculating the Partial Productivity Index and analyzing the graph. After that do the analysis of productivity and savings with fishbone diagram. The results obtained by average energi consumption of batik cloth production process for water is Rp 182.55, for wood is Rp 4,051,24 and for kerosene is Rp 2,581,28. The Productivity Index in February 2017 was 84.72%, March 2017 was 82.06%, April 2017 was 89.78%. Keywords: energy audit, productivity, Marvin E. Mundel, fishbone diagram
