Abstract
Background : Pregnancy is a phase that is almost experienced by most women in the world. Pregnancy lasts approximately 200 days (40 weeks) and no more than 300 days (43 weeks) 40 weeks of pregnancy called mature pregnancy. Sectio Caesarea is the birth of the fetus through an incision in the abdominal muscle wall (laparatomi) and uterine wall (hysterectomy). Objective: To know benefit giving therapy with modality therapy Reduce pain, increase muscle strength and improve functional in cases of Sectio Caesarea by using the modalities of Breathing exercise, Nifas Gymnastics, Kegel Exercise, Transfer and ambulation. Result : After therapy 3 times, result(1) motionless pain T0: 5.2 become T3: 2.2, motion pain T0: 8,2 become T3: 4,8, tenderness T0: 7,3 become T3: 3,3 (2) increased abdominal muscle strength T0: 2 to T3: 4(3) functional activity T0: F to T3: A. Conclusion : It can be concluded there is a decrease in pain around the incision wound, the increase in abdominal, and increased functional activity.
