Abstract
The Management Of Hizbul Wathan Character Values Oriented Extracurricular Activity At SMK Muhammadiyah 1Gondangrejo In The Academic Year 2016/2017. Educational Administration Master's Degree Program Graduate School Muhammadiyah University Of Surakarta. The objective of the research is to describe planning, organizing, actuating dan evaluating of Hizbul Wathan character values-oriented extracurricular activity at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017. The research applied qualitative method with ethnography design. The data collecting technique were interview, observation and documentation. The data validation applied triangulation technique and source. Analysis of the data using three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions with verification. The result of the research indicated that: 1) Planning of Hizbul Wathan character values-oriented extracurricular activity at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017 consisted of (a) arranging the activites based on vision and mission, Hizbul Wathan curriculum, and academic calendar, (b) arranging schedule by considering students’ condition and Hizbul Wathan material, (c) arranging budget from BOSDA was based on procedure. 2) Oganizing of Hizbul Wathan character values-oriented extracurricular activity at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017 was started by appointing coach with letter of order, forming stucture of organization and dividing job based on job description in line with structure of organization. 3) Actuating of Hizbul Wathan character values-oriented extracurricular activity at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017 was the implementation of program elaborated by actualizing extracurricular activity to develop students’ competence and enhance character values. 4) The Evaluation of Hizbul Wathan character values-oriented extracurricular activity at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Gondangrejo in the academic year of 2016/2017 had conducted by deputy headmaster of the student department as extracurricular coordinator, and the coach. Evaluation was useful to know the development of objective and result which has been achieved from the program which has been arranged and became information data needed to plan and arrange the better extracurricular activity program for next time.
