Abstract
Abstracts Cases of corruption in the procurement Quran that occurred in the Ministry of Religion is becoming a material news in print media and on line. Kompas and Republika newspaper is printed mass media raised the corruption. Each media has its own mandate and policy issues in the process of selecting the topic of the news, and informants. Members of the Board of Representatives or the House of Representatives are elected by the people, uphold the true moral and behavioral precisely the opposite effect. In the case of corruption Procurement Quran, Member of Parliament Zulkarnaen Djabar who served as the State Budget Agency, actually committed the crime of theft of state money or corruption. The case has become a major concern, because this time the object of corruption that is the Quran. Where the Quran is a holy book of Muslims. It is ironic that the perpetrator himself is a figure of Islamic religion. The method used in this research is the analysis of framing, the analysis model of Zhongdan Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. There are four models of the structure of this analysis, the syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical. Model analysis Zhongdan Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki assumed that the formation of framing is done to represent a meaning. Data analysis of corruption cases occurred in the Quran that the Ministry of Religion, in Kompas and Republika Newspaper edition of June 22, 2012 until August 29, 2012. The results showed that the mass media has its own ideology in expressing a fact. Kompas and Republika have their point of view - each in peeling reality. Kompas is one of the mass media that have a nationalist ideology, while Republika more inclined to religious ideology. In this case the event there are several research themes, among others: Corruption involving the family, the main actor Zulkarnaen corruption Quran, Quran corruption affects elektabilitas Golkar party, corruption as a family legacy, corruption offend Muslims, the common thread of corruption Koran.
