Abstract

Background : Delayed development is part of the inability to achieve age-appropriate development and is defined as delays in two or more areas of gross motor development, speech / language, cognition, personal / social and daily activities. Complaints that often arise in the form of muscle weakness and delay in functional ability of children. Purpose : To know the management of physiotherapy under Delayed development conditions using Neurostructure (NS), stimulation, and facilitation in increasing muscle strength and improve functional ability. Result : After 6 weeks of therapy there were no improvements in muscle strength, and no functional improvement. Conclusion : Neurostructure (NS), stimulation, and facilitation have not been able to increase muscle strength and have not been able to improve functional ability this is due to limited time author in giving therapy and not implemented therapy and home program well.
