Abstract

This research aims to describe: 1) Implementation of student attitudes assessment on 2013 Curriculum in class I, 2) Obstacles of teachers in conducting attitudes assessment, and 3) Efforts of teachers in overcoming obstacles implementation of attitudes assessment. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Testing data validity using source triangulation and triangulation technique. The data analysis used is an interactive model with steps that include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that 1) Evaluation of observations by teachers by observing and assessing students' religious and social attitudes, self-assessment and peer appraisal conducted once in a semester, journal assessment is carried out incidentally when there are positive and negative events from students. 2) The constraints faced by teachers are very limited time, there are still many class I students who have not read smoothly, teachers are burdened because they have to record the strengths and weakness of the students in writing, the teacher is difficult to determine the conclusion of attitude assessment because the psychological grade 1 students is still difficult to predict. 3) Efforts made by the teacher is to understand further the character and background of students, trying to be careful in recording positive events and negative students, looking for information about the daily life of children outside school to parents, exchange ideas with teachers at other schools Who are already knowledgeable, communicate the attitude assessment issues to the school, and consult with the KKG teacher group.
