Abstract

This study aims is to analyze the influence of leadership style and motivation on the performance of employees of Puskesmas Karangrayung 2 individually and together. This research method uses research type of Quantitative approach. This research uses popuasi and sample counted 48 people. Method of data anaisis used is test of validity, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis test with F test and coefficient of determination (R2) .The result of t test analysis can be obtained the leadership style and the autonomy have an effect on the performance of the employees of Puskesmas Karangrayung 2 individually whereas the F test test can be obtained the leadership style and the motivation have an effect on the performance of the employees of Puskesmas Karangrayung 2 together.
