Abstract
This study aims to describe the level of student satisfaction on learning by certified teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura year 2016/2017. This study is a type of qualitative data, the data form words and sentences. The subjects of recipients of the study were students at SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura year 2016/2017. Methods of data collection using observation methods, interviews and documentation. Researchers use data analysis techniques with interactive methods consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study note that the level of student satisfaction on learning by teachers who have been certified in SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura not satisfy the students for the performance of teachers who have been certified during the learning took place. They feel not satisfied there are some indicators of student satisfaction levels that have not been met are indicators of empathy related to mastery of the characteristics of learners from the physical aspects, moral, spiritual, social, cultural, emotional, and intellectual and tangible indicators in the use of information technology and Communication for learning purposes.
