Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of batik employees, in the village batik kliwonan, masaran district, sragen regency. Based on the results of research is expected to provide input or information for employers that the importance of employee discipline so that it can affect employee performance. The sample of this study amounted to 86 respondents. The data in this study is the primary data derived from the questionnaire. Test instruments include test validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing in this study using simple regression, F test, T test, and R2 test. The findings indicate that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination or R2 of 41.1% that the variation of employee performance can be explained by the variation of work discipline and the remaining 58.9% in explained by other variables outside this research model.
