Abstract

This research aimed to analyses influence of motivation of work, stress of work and environment of work to employee’s performance in PD. BPR BKK Wonogiri . Population and sample used at this research is employees in PD. BPR BKK Wonogiri amounting to counted 3 2 respondents. The collecting data method used by questioner. Hypothesis tested in this research use analyzer validity test, reliabilities test, classi c assumption test, doubled linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determinacy (R 2 ). Result of this research indicate that motivation of work, stress of work and environment of work have an effect on significant to employees performance in PD. BPR BKK Wonogiri. Motivation of work, stress of work and environment of work by simultant have an effect on significant to employee’s performance in PD. BPR BKK Wonogiri. Result of Test coefficient of determinacy (R 2 ) show employee’s performance in PD. BPR BKK Wonogiri influenced by motivation of work, stress of work and environment of work equal to 75,1 %, and the model have got away from examination of classic assumption.
