Abstract

This research has purpose to 1) Management of student admissions in MIM PK Kartasura, 2) Describing class division of students based on multiple intelligent in MIM PK Kartasura, 3) Knowing obstacles in management of acceptance and class division system based on multiple intelligent in MIM PK Kartasura, 4) Describe solution to overcome Constraints in the management of revenue and class division systems based on multiple intelligent in MIM PK Kartasura. This research uses qualitative research type. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation. Data validity with triangulation. Data were analyzed interactively. The result of the research shows that 1) the management of new MIM PK Kartasura acceptance system system using promotion system with plot planning, promotion implementation, registration, SME class test, MIR research, and MOS. 2) Classroom classification based on multiple intelligence theory using test for SME class and MIR research. 3) The barriers to the management of the new admissions system are errors in entering the data, the parents do not mention the serial number of the child in the re-listing, and the provision of the place. While the barrier of class division of the child is the parents come not on schedule, the child is shy and afraid, the parents take time during the interview. 4) Solutions for new student admissions management barriers are the provision of notes that can assist the committee to find out the problem, providing special places for container tools from PSB activities, as well as increasing coordination and control of the committee. As for class division is confirmation and give notification to parents ahead of MIR, giving of container for parents ask and MIR team to be friendly.
