Abstract

This research and development aims to determine the feasibility level of learning media of earthquake material and to know student’s knowledge level about eartquake at SMP N 1 Cawas with flipchart learning media. This research is a model of Research and Development (R&D) Sugiyono. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative. Technique of data analysis used analysys descriptive quantitative . products developed by researchers in the form of flipchart visual media containing eartquake materials. Based on the calculation of T test shows that there is an increase in student’s knowledge with average value of pretest 5,67 and the average value of posttest 7,83.
