Abstract
Frozen shoulder is a common disease. Abnormalities that occur in the glenohumeral joint, May be a nonspecific chronic inflammatory reaction, Especially on synovial tissue, And resulting in a capsular thickening of the synovial. Physiotherapy modalities used are tens, manual therapy and exercise therapy.To know the implementation of physiotherapy in case of frozen shoulder suspect capsulitis adhesiva in reducing pain, Improve functional capabilities, And improve the shoulder ROM. After 5x therapy obtained results (1) Decreases pain from T1 to T5 as measured by Vds scale, In the shoulder the silent pain of T1 2 becomes T5 1, Tendering T1 3 to T5 2, Motion pain of T1 5 to 3 (2) functional capabilities as measured by SPADI from T1 to T5 the obtained result T1 52.5% to T5 33.75%, (3) LGS right shoulder T1 S 35 - 0 100 becomes T5 45 - 0 130 T1 F 80 - 0 - 45 becomes T5 F 100 - 0 - 45 T1 R (f = 0) 20 - 0 - 70 becomes T5 R (f = 0) 35 - 0 - 80 T1 R (f = 90) - becomes T5 R (f = 90) 30 - 0 – 70 T1 T = 10 – 0 – 110 becomes T5 T= 25 – 0 - 120. Physiotherapy management using tens, manual therapy, exercise therapy in cases of frozen shoulser suspect capsulitis adesiva in reducing pain, Improve functional capabilities, And improve the shoulder ROM.
