Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of price, brand image and product quality on customer loyalty on the purchase of IM3 Ooredoo 4G quota. This type of research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study were students of FEB UMS which amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted with several instruments, namely: observation, interview, and questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the analysis obtained the results of price, brand image and product quality has a significant influence with t count respectively of 5.333, 6.341 and 4.219. Based on the F test shows the value of Fcount of 507.894, the number means Fhitung > Ftabel so that Ho decision is rejected. So simultaneously the price variable, brand image and product quality significantly affect the satisfaction of customer loyalty IM3 Ooredoo 4G quota. And the result of coefficient of determination (R2) equal to 94,1%.
