Abstract

Job satisfaction is an individual nature, and have a level of satisfaction varies one definition of job satisfaction, namely by Luthans (2011), job satisfaction is the result of the employees' perception of how good a job they give the items considered important. This study aimed to analyze the level of job satisfaction of employees at PT Telkom Akses Solo. Company policies referred to in this study include organizational development, compensation policies, career development, job satisfaction, job security, working environment and conditions, relations with superiors, working groups, and leadership style. In addition, this study will also analyze the differentiating factor of job satisfaction of employees of PT Telkom Akses Solo. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods. Researchers used survey method approach. The scale of measurement instruments used in this study is the Semantic deferensial with incidental sampling method. Data analysis techniques used in this research is discriminant analysis and the data is processed using SPSS for Windows version 16. The level of job satisfaction in PT Telkom Akses to the variable organizational development is quite high, quite high variable compensation policies, career development variable height, variable high job satisfaction, job security is high enough variables, environment variables and working conditions is high, variable relationship with the boss is quite high, variable working group is quite high, high enough leadership style variable. Distinguishing Factors employee satisfaction among division employees provisioning and assurance division employees at PT Telkom Akses Solo is the compensation policy and leadership style. Figures F count was 10 557 Compensation policy variables and numbers Sig. of F to Remove under 0:05, which is 0001, whereas the number of F count variable leadership style is 8036 and figures Sig. of F to Remove under 0:05, namely 0024.
