Abstract

Communication is classified into internal and external communication. Internal communication includes 4 significant component to the company. Those 4 communication style should be interrelated well because the goal of the company, there are vertical upward communication, vertical downward communication, horizontal communication and diagonal communication. Thus, open communication relationship should be created in the company in order to achieve its goal. This research aimed to know there any the influence of of communication style of Solo Square to the employees loyalty. This research applied explanative quantitative research method. The samples taken in this research were all of 51 employees of Solo Square. The sampling technique used total sampling. The researcher applied simple linear regression analysis in analysing the data. The result of the research showed that there was inluence of the communication style to the employee loyalty with significance value 0.019 < 0.05. The influence of communication style factor to the employee loyalty was only 10.6% while the rest (89.4%) was inluenced by other factors. It meant that the communication style had only small influence to the loyalty of the employee of Solo Square.
