Abstract
To do medical consultation is rarely to do during working hour working or more. Nowadays people is difficult to spare their time to do a check up to a dietician and it causes someone become careless with their nutrition. Thus in this study, the researcher design an Online Consultation Health Application. This application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database and it is made in the form of a website, and it is accessable from Internet. This application can be used to inform someone's the nutrition and it provides nutritional information for adults including: healthy weight, nutritional status, the amount of calorie needs, several articles regarding nutritional information, as well as the nutritional information of the body whether it is less, or normal and to plan the food menu based on the number of calorie needs. This Applications can also be used to consult about nutrition to a nutritionist without face to face with them. The Results obtained by questionnaire on online consultation health application states that the majority of users agree with the answer that can receive an average percentage of over 91% in P1-P13 while the lowest result presentation only 73%. | Additional Information: | Aplikasi konsultasi kesehatan ini merupakan sistem yang di buat untuk mempermudah seseorang di dalam pemantauan kesehatan mereka serta seseorang dapat berkonsultasi mengenai kesehatan mereka melalui pemantauan status gizi berdasarkan tinggi badan dan berat badan. Selain itu aplikasi ini memberikan informasi healty food berdasarkan status gizi mereka. Serta dapat bekonsultasi dengan seorang ahli gizi. Aplikasi ini berbasis website menggunakan HTML, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan software notepad ++ sebagai web editor serta XAMPP sebagai web server. Metode aplikasi bersifat analisis, yaitu menganalisis data yang ada dan memaparkannya dalam suatu uraian untuk mendapatkan suatu kesimpulan. Di harapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini pengguna dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai status gizi dengan mudah. Selain itu aplikasi mampu memberikan solusi terhadap pelayanan kesehatan pada lingkup geografis dan waktu serta di harapkan mampu memperkenalkan layanan dan fasilitas fisiknya kepada lingkup masyarakat yang lebih luas melalui media internet. |
