Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the product quality of automatic motorcycle Honda vario 150eSP that fulfill the customer satisfaction. Meanwhile the method used in this study is Quality Function Deployment (QFD) which is progress to identify the consument needs and wants, after that the result used to plan the technically design to meet the consumen needs. The type of this study is exploratory excute interview with keyperson (chief of mechanic Ahas Honda UMS). Primary data collecting from respondent ( Automatic motorcycle Honda vario 150eSP user). Indepth interview implemented to respondent. The result of the QFD for every needs of consument is, framework, answer back system, suspense, tubeless tire, engine life, ease of obtaining parts, body design, and parts price. From technically needs, attribute that contribute the biggest and be a priority to developes and increase the quality ease of obtaining parts which was first rank in giving priority which is valued 8,76. Key word : Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction
