Abstract
Effect guitar is an electronic device that functions to change the original sound of the guitar sound so that the guitar can be read. The modern musical world there are a variety of different genres of music in indonesia demanding the instrument and effect to suit the needs of the genre of the musicians. Effect guitar stompbox pedals have a more natural sound with dibandingakn digital guitar effects then accentuate the original sound effects of purity. The purpose of this research intends to do reverse engineering (reverse engineering) and Benchmarking (comparison of products) against local guitar effects products. Later effects guitar product to be produced have a characteristic and also different guitar effects in General. With little ideas and technological innovation will make a new guitar effect is more wishes and comfort the user effect guitar later. From the results of reverse engineering is done to make the effect guitar stompbox pedals. Among these products, the demolition phase phase phase components, merge determination on components and design concept are implemented into a 3D design creation phase, sketch and manufacture products. The manufacture of the products is the final stage of the process of reverse engineering, where the result is a stompbox pedals guitar effects products. From the analysis of the test on the player obtained are all in agreement that effect player guitar stompbox pedals have a very sound character fit.
