Abstract
This study entitled "Analysis of factors affecting the property sector in Indonesia Investment Year 1993-2014". The purpose of riset is to analyze the dependent variable is the investment in the property sector then independent variables are inflation, interest rates and gross domestic product (GDP) if all three have a significant effect. Form of time series data is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in Indonesian statistics from the year 1993 to 2014. The method used in the study is the ECM. From the analysis concluded that inflation and interest rates have a significant effect in the long term, while the GDP did not have a significant effect in the long term and short on investment property sector in Indonesia in 1993-2014. Classical assumption test criteria have been met, Ut normal distribution, there is no problem heteroscedasticity, contained multicolinearity problem but it does not affect the feasibility of the assumptions of classical models, there are no problems autocorrelation, and the specification of the model is correct. This study has a confidence level of 63.8%, which is expressed by R-Squared value of 0.637886 and the remaining 36.2% can be explained by other factors not included in the model.
