Abstract
This study aimed to analyze: 1) The effect of the image on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari’ah. 2) The effect of service quality on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari’ah. 3) Effect of trust on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin yari’ah. 4) The effect of the image, quality and trust services together on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari'ah. The population in this study are customers of Bank Bukopin Syari'ah Surakarta branch. The number of samples used were 120 respondents taken by purposive sampling. The method used in this research is by using multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis that the t test and f test. Before using multiple linear regression analysis, performed classical assumption beforehand . The results of this research are: 1) The image of a significant effect on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari'ah Surakarta branch, 2) Quality significant effect on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari'ah Surakarta branch, 3) Belief significant effect on customer loyalty Bank Bukopin Syari'ah branch of Surakarta , 4) image, quality of service and reliance have influence imultaneosly to the loyality of consumer of Bank Bukopin Syari'ah Surakarta branch
