Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the financial soundness of the company toward future profits of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Based on the results of the study are expected to provide inputs or information for companies and investors to be used as consideration in effort to increase the company's financial soundness in the future. The assessment of the soundness in this study using RGEC accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulation number 13/24 / PBI / 2011 which consists of a Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings and Capital. The population was Islamic banks operating in Indonesia since 2010 till 2014. The data used are secondary data in form of the bank's annual report published on the website of each bank in 2010-2014. The results showed that the variables Risk Profile which are calculated using the ratio of Non Performing Financial (NPF) significant negative effect on the profit growth with significant value less than 0.05. For variable Good Corporate Governance, Earnings (ratios Return on Assets) and Capital (the ratio of Capital Adequacy Ratio) of the analysis showed significant positive effect on profit growth with a significantly smaller value of 0.05. The coefficient of determination shows that the regression model of 34.33% profit growth variable changes caused by the four variables studied, while the remaining 65.67% influenced by other factors not included in the research model.
