Abstract
This research has a purpose to find out the effect between credit risk variable and liquidity risk variable on profitability of syariah banking in Indonesia partially and simultaneously. The results of this research is expected will bea knowledge as determinant factor for banking profitability from credit risk side and liquidity risk side. The data used in this research is secondary data accessed from www.bi.go.id. The samples using 5 syariah banking samples in Indonesia, and conducted financial ratio analysis include of NPL, LDR, and ROA ratios. Also did examine classical asumption, and the result explain that regression equation is released from multicollinearility, heteroskedstisity, and autocorrelation issues. Normality test explains that the residue distributed normally. The result of this research explain that credit risk variable has no significant effect on profitability partially. It means that the bigger NPL ratio the smaller ROA ratio. Whereas, liquidity risk variable has significant positive effect on profitability. It means that the higher LDR value the higher ROA value. Based on F test results, credit risk independent variable and liquidity risk has effect on profitability dependent variable to syariah banking in Indonesia. The value of determinationcoefficient statisticthat has been customized explain that Adjusted R-squared value is 0,30, it means that 30% profitability can explained by variation of two independent variable, credit risk and liquidity risk.
