Abstract

The Sinar Putih exhalation gymnastic represent one of the practice choice that mixing the element of body’s moves and meditate. Meditation is a practice of concentration of mind positively to what is going on in this time. This matter represents the vital functions basic control of our body. This research aimed to know the relation of the duration following the white light exhalation gymnastic with the static’s balance. The research executed on November 2008 in Bantul Yogyakarta, with research method of one group pre test – post test, to look for the relation of the duration in following the Sinar Putih exhalation gymnastic with the balance. Data-Processing and data analysis used the correlation coefficient and the result is 0,202, because the correlation’s result was very weak hence conferced to t value and result him t0 is 0, 7425. This means that there is no relation of the duration in following the Sinar Putih exhalation gymnastic with the balance. This research using the saturated sample technique, conducted by the measurement, all sample which attend had been measured. Based on the age’s graph, the balance’s level and especially the duration of the samples on following the gymnastic, we can see the spreading which are not flatten in each group / concentrated on one certain group, so that do not all group deputized. To be seen from the duration sample in following the Sinar Putih exhalation gymnastic, cannot be ensured that the longer duration of samples in following the Sinar Putih exhalation gymnastic always mean more and more frequency of the samples come following the gymnastic, because the samples were not routine in following the practice.
