Abstract
Breast milk was first best gifted for baby in his live and it which was natural. According to WHO, exclusive breast milk was provide its without another liquid either than milk, water, orange water or another liquid before reached six months old. To implemented the feed for earlier, need a reinforcing factors for succesfull breast feeding which one was depend on a role of the health workers, the hospital policy, the goverment, the physical state of mother, the family, the comunity, and the baby. The aim of this study was to explain the description of giving the breast feeding to mother with baby for six until twelve months old in Kadilangu, Baki Sukoharjo. The study was descriptive, with kuantitatif type of analysis. The total of sampling with 30 respondent baby 6-12 months old. samples were provide with questionnaire. The result were analyze by univariat with frequency distribution. the study from 30 respondent had give the exclusive breast milk only 5 respondent (16,7%), the reason of the respondent were breast milk better than some of food and the baby not like other food except breast milk. Not exclusive breast milk was 25 respondent (83,3%), the reason of the respondent were breast milks not enough for the baby, and his given some of food, his mother had a job, and the baby still crying after his mother given breast milk after all the mother assumed her baby still hungry and his must give some of food.
