Abstract

NURSING CARE IN Sdr. T WITH MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS : POST SURGERY APPENDICTOMI IN FLAMBOYAN ROOM IN PANDANARANG GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL OF BOYOLALI (SEPTIANA EKA SANTI, 59 pages, 2015) ABSTRACT Background : The survey results the Ministry of health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2008 Figure appendicsitis occurrence in most of areas in Indonesia until now is still high. In Indonesia, the number of patients suffering from diseases of apendicsitis amount about 7% of the total population in Indonesia or around 179.000 people. The problems that arise as a result of a wound incision after appendictomi can be bleeding, shock, respiratory disorders, infection, and pain. Aim of Research: To doing about nursing activity of patient with appendictomi include assessment, intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing.Results: After nursing implementation for 3 x 24 hours, the writen get the result: less of painfull, less of nausea and vomiting, and increase appetite.Conclusion: Communication between medical team and patient/ family very needed to get successfully patient more cooperative, relaxation technic with take a deep of breath and colaboration by giving medicine can be less of patient's complains.
