Abstract
Jaminan Kesehatan merupakan jaminan berupa perlindungan kesehatan agar peserta memperoleh manfaat pemeliharaan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik peserja JKN Non PBI Mandiri Kota Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan studi dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta JKN Non PBI Mandiri sebanyak 1684 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosentase tertinggi karakteristik responden adalah tempat lahir Provinsi Jawa tengah (86,6%), usia 71-80 tahun (22,7%), jenis kelamin laki-laki (70,1%), status perkawinan kawin (70,1%), alamat Desa Mojosongo (9,62%) dan Kecamatan Banjarsari (30,8%), kelas kelas 1 (43,8%), kepemilikan pasport (99,6%) tidak memiliki pasport, kepemilikan Polis Asuransi Kesehatan (99,7%) tidak memiliki Polis Asuransi Kesehatan, faskes tingkat I Dr. Maria Retno (7,90%), faskes dokter gigi drg. Faizah A (33,83%). Disisi lain terdapat peserta yang memiliki pasport (0,4%), dan yang memiliki Polis Asuransi Kesehatan (0,3%). Health Insurance is a guarantee of health coverage for participants to obtain health care benefits. The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the participants JKN Non PBI self supporting on Surakarta. This study used a descriptive method with study of documentation. The population was participants JKN Non PBI self supporting as many as 1684 people. The results of this study showed that the highest percentage of respondent characteristics are the cradle is central Java province (86.6%), age 71-80 years old (22.7%), gender is male (70.1%), marital status is married (70,1%), address is in Village of Mojosongo (9.62%) and subdistrict of Banjarsari (30.8%), grade is grade I (43.8%), passport ownership (99.6%) did not have a passport, Health Insurance Policy ownership (99.7%) did not have Health Insurance Policy, faskes level I is Dr. Maria Retno (7.90%), dentists faskes is drg. Faizah A (33.83%). On the other hand there are participants who have a passport (0.4%), and who have a Health Insurance Policy (0.3%).
