Abstract

Latar Belakang: Dalam permainan sepakbola dibutuhkan tingkat kelincahan yang sangat tinggi, salah satu aktivitas yang memerlukan kelincahan adalah saat menggiring bola. Plyometric exercise adalah sebuah latihan yang mana biasanya melibatkan gerakan melompat berulang-ulang, berlari, dan mengubah arah gerakan secara eksplosif yang dapat membantu dalam meningkatkan kelincahan. Gerakan dalam latihan plyometric mengeksploitasi adaptasi stretch shorthening cycle melalui sistem neuromuskuler dalam membantu meningkatkan power otot tungkai sehingga didapatkan peningkatan kecepatan. Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian plyometric exercise terhadap peningkatan kelincahan pada pemain bola di SSB KRIDA di Boyolali. Metodelogi Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment dengan pre and post test with control group design. Sampel berjumlah 18 orang dengan pemberian perlakuan sebanyak 2 kali dalam seminggu selama 4 minggu. Kelincahan diukur menggunakan alat ukur T Agility-Test. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: Hasil uji pengaruh kelompok perlakuan dengan plyometric exercise menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,008 < 0,05 dengan kesimpulan ada pengaruh plyometric exercise terhadap kelincahan. Hasil uji pengaruh kelompok kontrol menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,889 > 0,05 dengan kesimpulan tidak ada pengaruh. Hasil uji beda pengaruh menunjukkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dengan kesimpulan ada beda pengaruh pemberian antara kelompok perlakuan dengan plyometric exercise dan kelompok kontrol tanpa pelakuan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan. Latar Belakang: In a football game is needed a very high level of agility, one of the activities that require agility is while dribbling. Plyometric exercise is an exercise which ussually involve repetitive motion like jumping, running, and change direction of movement explosively which these movements are components that can help improving agility cause exploit adapting the strecth shorhtening cycle through the neuromuscular system to help improve the power of legs muscle so we can get an increaseing of speed. Tujuan Penelitian: To determine the effect of plyometric exercise on the improvement agility of football player in the SSB KRIDA in Boyolali. Metodelogi Penelitian: This study use Quasi Experiment with pre and post test with control group design. Sample were 18 people with the provision of treatment 2 times a week for 4 weeks. For the agility uses T Agility-Test instrument. Hasil dan Kesimpulan: From the result of the treatment group with plyometric exercise showed p-value of 0,008 < 0,05 with conclution, there is an effect of the plyometric exercise on the agility. the result of the control group showed p-value of 0,889 > 0,05 with conclution, there is no effect. The results of the influence of different test showed p-value of 0.000 <0.05 with conclusions, there are influence of difference between the treatment group with plyometric exercise group and the control group without thtreatment on the improving the agility.
