Abstract

"Creative Hub in Kaliwuluh Village, Kebakkramat District as a Container for Creative Economy Development" means the construction or design of a creative center (Creative Hub) located in Kaliwuluh Village, Kebakkramat District, which functions as a structured and open space for the community to develop creativity-based businesses, thereby encouraging the growth of the village's creative economy and improving community welfare. The development of the creative economy in Kaliwuluh Village can be positioned not only as an economic program, but as a village development strategy that unites several elements, namely economic, social, cultural, and technological to achieve sustainable community welfare and independence. From this, the idea of designing a creative hub gains urgency. The design and management of the creative hub shows that the space is expected to be the main axis that combines the functions of co-working, training, promotion, and economic networks in one integrated system. The purpose of this design is to design a creative hub building as an axis for the integration of the creative economy, social, cultural, and technology for the sustainable welfare of the village community and optimize local potential through improving collaboration, production, education, and promotion space facilities according to user needs. With the creative hub, it is hoped that all these obstacles will be resolved. The desired solution is to provide MSMEs and creative economy players with a place to learn, create, market products, build networks, and negotiate with the government and business partners. This will allow the previously scattered and hampered creative economy potential to develop into a real and sustainable local economic force and strengthen the branding of Kaliwuluh Village.
